My reservation process was seamless, with the ability to cancel up to the day before. Upon arrival, check-in was quick. the room was spacious with a mini kitchen, and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety. Comfortable bed and quiet surroundings.

Great and particularly good location for my purpose, fairly clean place. Fantastic & accommodating room with climate control, a flat-screen TV and a couch bed. Well-equipped bathroom with bathtubs. Amicable, helpful people working here. What a very relaxing stay, no complaints...

We greatly enjoyed this hotel. It was incredibly beautiful and fairly clean. the room included climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a couch bed. A bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. the property was located in the center of the city. We had tea and goodies at Starbucks nearby, just 3 miles from the hotel.

I appreciated my stay at this stunningly beautiful and nice hotel. The local staff were super friendly. The room was exceptionally nice and clean, it had a nice size bathroom. Cereal and hot waffles provided in the morning. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met expectation.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and friendly. The room we stayed in was fantastic! It was very spacious, had well thought-out amenities and was very clean. The staff was great, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The location was perfect, as we were close to many great restaurants and attractions. We also enjoyed the lovely view from our room.

The hotel should improve their customer service when it comes to resolving overcharges. One guest reported being overcharged multiple times and when they contacted the manager, they were not given a concrete reason why.

The room was really nice and the bed was super comfy, I had a great night's sleep. Loved that we had a bathtub too! the location of this place was amazing, right in the heart of Jackson 🌟.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, including Haley and Jordan at check-in and Hannah and Haley again at check-out, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We were impressed with the hotel facilities, as everything was well-maintained and convenient. Additionally, the location was great - close to transportation and parking.
